It is simply a short document through which you introduce yourself to an employer: <\/span><b>who are you, what school did you go to, what can you do and where have you worked, if you have worked before,<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> because the employer reads the CV to find out a few important things about you before calling you for an interview.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><b>If this is your first job and you have never made a CV before, it is normal not to have very many things to put in it.<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> Do not try to fill it with information just to make it look longer! Write simply and truthfully what you have done so far: the school you graduated from, what you learned to do, the internship, the courses or activities you participated in.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">A good CV doesn't have to have complicated words, but it must be <\/span><b>clear, correct, and easy to read<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Here is what it contains and how to fill it out.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><b>What a CV should contain<\/b><\/p>\n<p><strong>Your data<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">At the beginning, you write the basic information so that the employer knows who you are and how to contact you:<\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">first and last name;\u00a0<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">the locality where you live;\u00a0<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">phone number;\u00a0<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">email address, if you have one.\u00a0<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><b><br \/>Verify the phone number before sending your CV.<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> If you made a mistake in a digit, the employer won't be able to contact you.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><b style=\"font-family: -apple-system, BlinkMacSystemFont, 'Segoe UI', Roboto, 'Helvetica Neue', Arial, 'Noto Sans', sans-serif, 'Apple Color Emoji', 'Segoe UI Emoji', 'Segoe UI Symbol', 'Noto Color Emoji';\">2. You can then add a sentence about the job you are looking for.<\/b><\/p>\n<p><i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Example:<\/span><\/i><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><b>If you recently finished school: <\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u201eI am a vocational school graduate and I am looking for a job where I can use what I have learned and gain experience.\u201d<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><b>If you do not have a qualification: <\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u201eI want a stable job as a production worker. I am available to work in shifts and to learn.\u201d<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><b>If you recently graduated from college: <\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u201eI am a graduate of the Faculty of \u2026, specialization \u2026, and I want to start my career in the field of \u2026\u201d<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><b style=\"background-color: transparent; letter-spacing: 0px; word-spacing: 0em;\"><br \/>3. What is your education (what school did you attend)?<\/b><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Not all jobs require high school or college, so write down the education you have completed.<\/span><b> in reality.<\/b><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">It is important to list your completed courses, starting with the last school you graduated from: university (include the period you were a student), high school, vocational school, or middle school. You also write the year you graduated and the trade or specialization you trained for (for example: mechanic, electrician).<\/span><\/p>\n<p><b>Very important<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">come here and <\/span><b>other qualifications or diplomas<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">, such as qualification courses, certificates, or authorizations. And don't forget about <\/span><b>driver's license<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> \u2014 write what categories you have (B, C, E etc.). For many jobs, the driver's license makes a difference.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Example:<\/span><\/i><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><b>If you graduated from middle school<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">, you can write: <\/span><b>Gymnasium School \u2026, graduated in 2024<\/b><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><b>If you graduated from a vocational school<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">, it is important to also write down the profession for which you trained: <\/span><b>Vocational School \u2026, 2023 \u2013 qualification: auto mechanic<\/b><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">If you did <\/span><b>school internship<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">, mention this as well. It is especially important if you are looking for your first job.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><b>If you graduated high school<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">, write the high school, profile, and graduation year: <\/span><b>High School ..., technological profile, graduated in 2025<\/b><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><b>If you graduated from a university<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">, write the faculty and specialization: <\/span><b>University of ..., Faculty of ..., specialization ..., graduated in 2026<\/b><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">If you have qualification courses, certificates, or authorizations, list them separately. For example: <\/span><b>forklift operator, electrician, welder, equipment operator, hygiene course, etc. <\/b><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">If you have a driver's license, also write the category: <\/span><b>B, C, CE etc.<\/b><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><b><br \/>4. What is your work experience (where have you worked before)<\/b><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">This is the part that interests the employer the most. You make a list of the places where you have worked so far and for each job you write 4 things:<\/span><\/p>\n<ol>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><b>company name<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> where did you work;<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><b>what was your position<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> (for example: mason, saleswoman, driver, unskilled worker);<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><b>How long did you work there<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> (for example: 2 years, 6 months);<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><b>what were you actually doing<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><br \/>If you have had previous employment, start with <\/span><b>last job<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> that you had, then continue, in order, with the others, from the most recent to the oldest.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Example:<\/span><\/i><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><b>Factory X \u2013 Production Worker \u2013 2023\u20132025: <\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">We were packing the products, preparing the goods, and keeping the workplace clean.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><b>Company X \u2013 construction worker \u2013 1 year: <\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">We help with the preparation of materials, loading and unloading them, and cleaning the work area.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><b>If you have never had a job before<\/b><\/p>\n<p><b>It is not a problem and you do not need to invent experience.<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> Especially if you just finished school, the employer expects that it's possible you haven't worked yet. Instead, say what practical experience you have.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Example:<\/span><\/i><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><b>If you graduated from a vocational school<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">, you can pass the internship: <\/span><b>Professional internship \u2013 Auto Service X \u2013 3 months. <\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">I helped with maintenance operations and learned how to use basic tools and equipment.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><b>If you graduated from a university<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">, you can mention an internship, mandatory practice, volunteering, or an important project: <\/span><b>Internship \u2013 Company X \u2013 July\u2013August 2025. <\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">I supported the team in \u2026<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><b>If you don't have a qualification, but you have worked around the household or occasionally<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">, and this experience may be relevant: <\/span><b>Activities in the family household: <\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">I cared for animals, worked in the fields, loaded and transported materials, and used agricultural tools.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><b>If you have never worked with an employment contract, do not leave the field blank<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">. You can also include work done without a contract, around the household, in the fields, doing day labor in construction, or help given in the family business. Any experience matters and shows that you know how to work.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><br \/>The important idea for someone just starting out is: <\/span><b>\u201eI haven't been hired yet\u201d doesn't mean \u201eI don't know how to do anything.\u201d.<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> In your CV, you need to show the employer what you have learned so far, what you have done in practice, and what you can do at your future job.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><b style=\"font-family: -apple-system, BlinkMacSystemFont, 'Segoe UI', Roboto, 'Helvetica Neue', Arial, 'Noto Sans', sans-serif, 'Apple Color Emoji', 'Segoe UI Emoji', 'Segoe UI Symbol', 'Noto Color Emoji';\">5. Date and signature<\/b><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">At the end you put the date when you completed your CV and you sign. Simple.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><b>A few tips before you hand it over<\/b><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><b>Write clearly.<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> If you fill it out by hand, write clearly, in easy-to-read letters.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><b>Tell the truth.<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> Do not invent schools or jobs: employers check and lies are quickly discovered.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><b>Check it again.<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> Uit\u0103-te dac\u0103 num\u0103rul de telefon e corect \u0219i dac\u0103 nu ai l\u0103sat rubrici goale din gre\u0219eal\u0103.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><b>P\u0103streaz\u0103 o copie.<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> \u00ce\u021bi va folosi data viitoare c\u00e2nd aplici \u00een alt loc.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><b><br \/>Un CV bun nu \u00eenseamn\u0103 multe pagini, ci informa\u021bii corecte, scrise clar<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">.
