We chop the iceberg lettuce and season it with salt and freshly ground pepper.
We cut the multi-colored cherry tomatoes into 2 or 4 pieces, depending on their size.
In a bowl, mix all the dressing ingredients until we obtain a smooth cream.
On a flat plate, we place the chicken schnitzel as a base, the iceberg lettuce mixed beforehand with the dressing, assembled with tongs.
We add the cherry tomatoes.
We sprinkle grated parmesan or grate it directly over the dish.
