In a bowl, place the salad mix along with the red goosefoot, radish and tomato slices, chopped green onions and green garlic, tri-color bell peppers (yellow, red, green), hand-torn parsley, and cucumber slices.
Over the salad, squeeze lemon juice, pour olive oil, and sprinkle a little salt.
