Slice the Fragedo chicken breast. Season with salt, pepper, and a little oil, then sear it in a pan.
Pour the sana, sour cream into a bowl and add the honey. Mix everything together with a spoon. Add a little salt and olive oil.
Finely chop some walnut kernels. Cut the aged cheese into cubes and slice the radish.
Remove the chicken from the pan and cut it into strips. Slice the tomatoes.
Combine the salad mix with the carrot shredded using a peeler, the tomato and radish slices, olive oil, freshly squeezed lemon juice, and salt, and toss so the flavors meld together.
