Ingredient

1 onion
4-5 tablespoons of oil
2 Fragedo chicken thighs and 2 drumsticks
500ml tomato sauce with kapia pepper Grandma’s Delights
2-3 cloves of garlic
2 eggs
saree
6-8 tablespoons of flour
fresh parsley
2 tablespoons of Artesana sour cream

Preparation method

Step 1

Chop the onion and sauté it in a pan with a little oil; season with salt

Step 2

Take the chicken thighs and cut the meat into strips, then add it to the pan

Step 3

Pour the tomato sauce with kapia peppers and top up with a little water

Step 4

Flavor with a little garlic

Step 5

In a bowl, beat two eggs, add salt and the flour, little by little; mix vigorously with a whisk until a mixture is obtained from which dumplings can be formed

Step 6

Add a little water over the meat to dilute the sauce and season with salt.

Step 7

Flour dumplings are formed, which are placed one by one to boil in the sauce

Step 8
