Public announcement regarding the public debate to obtain the Integrated Environmental Authorization for ”Poultry Farm No. 34 Ilieni, located in Ilieni commune, Ilieni village, no. 60, holder SC TRANSAVIA SA
In accordance with the provisions of Order No. 818/2003 (*updated*) approving the Procedure for issuing the integrated environmental authorization,Covasna County Environmental Directorate announces to the interested public the organization of the public debate meeting on the date of June 23, 2026, at 4:00 PM at the Cultural Center, in Ilieni commune, Ilieni village, 97 Kossuth Lajos Street, Ilieni Commune, Covasna County regarding the documentation for requesting the integrated environmental permit for “Ilieni Farm No. 34”, located in Ilieni commune, Ilieni village, no. 60, Covasna county, holder SC TRANSAVIA SA with its headquarters in Sântimbru village, Sântimbru commune, 244D Blajului Street, Alba County, activity provided for in Law No. 278/2013 on industrial emissions, Annex 1, point 6.6. Intensive rearing of poultry and pigs, with a capacity exceeding: lit. a) 40,000 places for poultry, and Ord. no. 1798/2007 CAEN code 0147 – Raising of poultry.
The application form for the integrated environmental permit and the Site Report can be consulted at the headquarters of EPA Covasna in the municipality of Sfântu Gheorghe, 10 Bd. Grigore Bălan St., Covasna County, from Monday to Friday, between 10:00 AM and 2:00 PM.
Interested members of the public may submit written comments/opinions/observations regarding the mentioned documents at the headquarters of DJM Covasna in the municipality of Sfântu Gheorghe, 10 Bd. Grigore Bălan St., Covasna County, until the date of the public meeting.
