S.C. TRANSAVIA S.A. informs the interested public about the submission of the application for the issuance of the integrated environmental permit for The pet food factory, Located in the town of Drâmbar, in the Ciugud commune, at 9 Industriei Street, Alba County.
The activity falls within Annex No. 1 to Law No. 278/2013 on industrial emissions, under point 6.4. B). ”The treatment and processing, with the exception of exclusive packaging, of the following raw materials, which have previously been processed or not, for the manufacture of food products or animal feed, from: (iii): raw materials of vegetable or animal origin, in combined or separate products, with a production capacity of finished products expressed in tons per day of over 75, if A is greater than or equal to 10 or [300 – (22.5xA)] in all other cases, where ‘A‘ represents the proportion of animal-origin matter (expressed in percentages by weight) in the quantity that enters into the calculation of the production capacity of finished products.
