Public information on environmental impact – Q2 2026

SC TRANSAVIA SA, in accordance with art. 26 alin. (1) of H.G. no. 878/2005 regarding public access to environmental information, we bring the following to your attention:

Field of activity: poultry farming, which takes place in accordance with the provisions of the following authorizations:

Raw materials complying with best practices are used within the work points, both in terms of quantities and storage methods. All necessary measures are taken regarding the reception, unloading, storage, and delivery of raw materials and auxiliary materials to prevent negative environmental impacts, air, soil, surface water, and groundwater pollution, as well as odors and noise.

Environmental factors (air, water, soil) are permanently monitored at the appropriate frequency by means of the internal laboratory, and once a year intercomparison is performed with an accredited laboratory and through external accredited laboratories, in accordance with the requirements of the integrated environmental permit.

The management of the generated waste complies with legal provisions, the waste is selectively stored and disposed of or recovered through authorized companies, in this regard, based on concluded collaboration contracts.

Within the company, we have established and maintained an Environmental Permit Management System (EPMS) that evaluates all operations and will review all accessible options for the use of cleaner technology, cleaner production, waste prevention and/or minimization, and efficient energy use.

The company periodically reports to the competent environmental protection authorities the results of its environmental emission monitoring activities and other relevant information, in accordance with the regulatory acts under which it operates and in compliance with the applicable environmental legislation.

During this quarter, for the monitored environmental factors, no exceedances of the emission limit values for the pollutants established in the integrated environmental authorizations and water management authorizations were recorded.
