S.C. Transavia S.A., headquartered in Sântimbru, 244D Blajului Street, Alba County, informs the interested public about the decision to issue the integrated environmental permit for the “Farm no. 34 for broiler chickens”, located in Ilieni commune, Ilieni village, no. 60, Covasna County, an activity provided for in Law no. 278/2013 on industrial emissions, Annex 1, point 6.6 letter a) Intensive rearing of poultry and pigs, with capacities of over 40,000 places for poultry, NACE Codes (rev. 2): 0147 Raising of poultry.
The decision to issue the integrated environmental authorization and the draft integrated environmental authorization can be consulted at the headquarters of the competent environmental protection authority, the National Agency for Environment and Protected Areas – Covasna County Directorate, located in Sfântu Gheorghe municipality, 10 Gen. Grigore Bălan Blvd., Covasna County, from Monday to Friday, between 08:00 and 13:00, as well as at the following internet address: https://djmcv.anmap.gov.ro/.
Public comments are received in writing at the headquarters of the competent authority for environmental protection, the National Agency for Environmental Protection and Protected Areas – Covasna County Branch, located in Sfântu Gheorghe municipality, 10 Gen. Grigore Bălan Blvd., Covasna County, or electronically at the e-mail address: office@djmcv.anmap.gov.ro, within 30 working days from the date of the public announcement.
