The main responsibilities of this role include:
- Supervising and coordinating the production process in the food industry – semi-processed products;
- Ensuring compliance with quality and food safety standards;
- Development and implementation of strategies to optimize operational efficiency;
- Management of the production team to achieve established goals;
- Collaboration with internal departments to ensure the proper production flow.
Requirements:
- Higher education in food engineering;
- Previous experience in a similar position in the food industry – MINIMUM 2 YEARS
- English language – intermediate -> advanced;
- Solid knowledge of production processes and quality standards;
- Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills;
- Result-oriented and ability to work under pressure.
