For the 4th consecutive time, Fragedo receives Forbes Brands for Kids "Most Trusted Meat Brand" award
Bucharest. 24 November 2022. Fragedo, the most popular brand in its category, has been awarded, for the 4th time in a row, as the Most Trusted Meat Brand (chicken, pork, beef), confirming once again that it is always at the top of Romanian consumers' preferences thanks to its superlative quality and absolute safety.
The award, received today at the Forbes Brands for Kids Summit, held at the Athenee Palace Hilton in Bucharest, follows a study conducted by Forbes Romania and the D&D Research Institute that investigated the safety, quality and trust of children's products.

The quality of TRANSAVIA products is an essential part of the company's sustainability strategy, and a key element in achieving this commitment is healthy feed and nutrition for the chickens. In the 100% vertically integrated production chain, from grain to fork, only chickens raised in our own facilities are processed, fed with grain produced in the 10,000 hectares cultivated on our own vegetable farms. The crop is processed in the company's own Feed Mill (FNC), providing fresh feed to the breeding and rearing farms on a daily basis.
The care for quality and safety is also demonstrated by the certifications held. TRANSAVIA is the only poultry meat producer in Romania that has received, since 2018, the GolbaG.A.P. certification, the most important worldwide accreditation program that certifies the use of good agricultural practices in farms and production facilities. At the same time, 100% of the domestic poultry meat market leader is BRCGS (British Retail Consortium Global Standard) certified, thus guaranteeing the company's level of competence in HACCP, hygiene, food safety and quality systems, being the only producer at national level to hold the AA+ rating.
In addition to quality, safety and tasty taste, „as it should be", the responsibility towards consumers is also proven by the fact that the company's flagship brand, Fragedo, communicates honestly and transparently, an aspect recognized by the Romanian Advertising Council (RAC), which granted for the first time in Romania the right to use the Ethical Stamp seal on the TV spot.
