The year 2024 marked a significant milestone in the way we understand, manage, and measure our impact. It is the first year in which we report in accordance with the European Sustainability Reporting Standards (ESRS), an important step that reflects the maturity of a journey that began in 1991, when our company was founded, sustainable by design.

For the first time, we calculated our company-wide carbon footprint, gaining a clear and data-driven perspective on our climate performance. The results validate what we have consistently built through operational discipline and strategic integration: a greenhouse gas (GHG) emissions intensity relative to net revenue of 0.0000762 tCO₂eq/RON (site-based calculation), a low and well-controlled level.

This performance reflects the consistency with which we have designed every link of our integrated value chain, from grain to fork:

• efficient and optimized production processes,
• continuous investment in technology,
• ongoing commitment to animal welfare,
• responsibility toward the environment, employees, and the communities in which we operate,
• and our dedication to delivering safe, high-quality food.

Reporting under ESRS is more than a compliance exercise for TRANSAVIA. It is a tool for rigor, transparency, and accountability that supports informed strategic decisions and strengthens a business model built for long-term performance.
