Rotund, auriu și cu miez cremos, Medalionul de pui cu brânză Papane Bune combină textura crocantă a crustei cu interiorul moale și gustos creat de combinația specială de piept de pui, caș și urdă. Se rumenește uniformăși capătă crustă aurie care contrastează plăcut cu brânza topită din interior.
Îl pregătești rapid la cuptor, în air fryer, la tigaie sau în friteuză și îl servești lângă cartofi copți, salată fresh sau într-un platou de sharing.
Good to know: Medalioanele se rumenesc mai bine dacă sunt gătite pe suprafețe bine încinsă de la început, astfel exteriorul prinde rapid crustă, iar interiorul rămâne moale.

– în cuptor: se coace în cuptorul preîncălzit la 200 °C, timp de 20-22 minute;
– în friteuza: se prăjește în uleiul preîncălzit la 180⁰C timp de 4-5 minute;
– air fryer: la temperatura de 200 °C timp de 14 – 16 minute.
Carne tocată din piept de pui 40%, apă, pesmet (făină de grâu, condimente, sare, drojdie), brânză topită 10% [caș baschiu, urdă, săruri de topire (polifosfați de sodiu și potasiu), sare], făină de grâu, ulei de floarea soarelui, amidon din cartofi, sare, amidon modificat din porumb, izolat de soia, fibră de mazăre, amidon din mazăre, piper alb, usturoi pudră, extract de drojdie, stabilizator (tripolifosfat de sodiu), agent de îngroșare (gumă xantan), matodextrină, arome, arome naturale.
