We take the black rice and put it to boil
Meanwhile, we bone the chicken thighs and cut them into cubes
We prepare the vegetables, chopping them one by one: carrot, kapia pepper, green bell pepper, asparagus, mushrooms, half an avocado, and half a green apple.
We heat a pan with a little oil and sauté the vegetables, all together; season with salt
Over the vegetables, add the previously cut chicken cubes, mixing well
We add a little chopped green onion
When it has boiled, we drain the water from the rice and add it to the pan, over the vegetable and chicken mixture; and then, we also add a little golden onion sauce.
Plating: serve the rice on a plate, and on top sprinkle the cheese cubes, crispy lovage, and garnish with edible flowers. Note: The tableware, cutlery, and cooking utensils were provided by Mobexpert.
