Take the chicken thighs, season them with salt and pepper, pour a portion of the yogurt mixture over them, add wild thyme and rosemary, and let them marinate for 30 minutes.
In a pan, pour a tablespoon of oil, brown the chicken on both sides, and remove it to a plate.
