1 slice of toast
20g Mustard
10g Mustard seeds
10g Mayonnaise
2g Green parsley

Preparation method

Step 1

Brown the sausages in the oven, in a pan, or on the grill, according to your preference, following the cooking temperature and time indicated on the label.

Step 2

We fry the egg to preference (well-done sunny-side up or soft).

Step 3

We fry the toast slice until it is golden and crispy.

Step 4

We mix the mustard, whole grain mustard, and mayonnaise for a balanced sauce.

Step 5

We assemble all the elements on the plate and sprinkle fresh parsley.
